Azoxystrobin 11% + Tebuconazole 18.3% SC is a systemic, broad-spectrum fungicide formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC). It is a synergistic combination of two active ingredients from different chemical classes-Azoxystrobin, a strobilurin (QoI) fungicide, and Tebuconazole, a triazole (DMI) fungicide-offering dual modes of action: preventive, curative, and eradicative. The dual action provides a comprehensive disease management strategy, reducing the risk of resistance development.
The product exhibits excellent translaminar movement and systemic (acropetal) activity, ensuring deep protection of plant tissues from the inside. It helps in improving photosynthetic activity, plant vigour, and yield potential, making it an ideal choice for integrated disease management (IDM) programs.
Tebuconazole is a biosynthesis inhibitor of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, and inhibits fungal growth.
